Country Fire Kitchen is an organically grown company founded by Tom Bray and Ana Ortiz. Together they design, create and deliver exquisite fire food and feasts for all occasions using their wonderful bespoke grills, porticos and Asado crosses.Country Fire Kitchen is the leading specialist in delivering high end unique events, masterclasses and experiences in the UK and internationally.
As being the pioneers of crafted fire equipment in the UK, they are truly passionate and have the commitment to being the best at what they do whether it is curating, designing, supplying and collaborating with some of the best restaurants and biggest chef names in the industry including Jamie Oliver, Marcus Waring, Gordon Ramsey and Paul Ainsworth. As well as being part of the main stages for fire cooking for Food Festivals including Taste of London Summer, Taste of London Winter, Meatopia, Wilderness, St Ives festival, etc.
We collaborate and work with exciting brands and skillful individuals across a wide array of sectors. Every nuance and detail are thought through and each event is tailored to fit any brief using only the best ingredients and expert hospitality.
