Treat yourself to one (or two) of our cedar planks and get ready to tuck in. Just add a sprinkle of salt and a squeeze of lemon – and let the smoke do the rest. It’s quick-fire cooking at its best.
Grilling sides of salmon is where a lot of plant cooking starts but there are few limits to what you can cook this way, we love cooking neck fillets of lamb or mutton nailed to these cedar plank boards too, or even beef skirt steak.
